Indonesia Petroleum Bidding Second Round 2009 and The Tender Schedule PDF Print E-mail

 Government has announced the Indonesia Petroleum Bidding Second Round 2009 on Monday, November 30th 2009. Government gave an  opportunity to national and foreign companies to participate in this oil and gas working area. Each company must follow the entire regulation and  requirement poured in the auction document or direct proposal document.

The Indonesia Petroleum Bidding Second round of 2009 working acreage consists of 12 blocks of regular tender and 11 blocks of direct proposal.  The oil and gas working area offered through regular tender are South East Andaman, Tarakan I, Tarakan II, Tarakan III, North Masela, West Berau, Cendrawasih Bay I, Cendrawasih Bay II, Cendrawasih Bay III, Cendrawasih Bay IV, Cendrawasih Bay V, East Aru. While the working area for direct proposal are Puri, Sakakemang, Sunda Strait I, North Madura,Karapan, Mandala,Long Hubung-Long Bagun, Malunda, South Mandar, Sadang, South Sageri.

Each company participating in Tender (hereinafter called “Tender Participant”), whether participating as an individual company or as a group of companies, is required to register as a participant by obtaining individually official Bid Document (which is correspond to 1 (one) block ) issued by MIGAS.

The Bid Document which correspond to 1 (one) block shall be purchased in the amount of Five Thousand US Dollars (US$ 5,000). Payment shall be made to the account of "Kegiatan Pelaksanaan Pengelolaan (KPP) Wilayah Kerja Minyak dan Gas Bumi" number 122.00.0110899-5, Bank Mandiri Cabang Jakarta Kebon Melati”, SWIFT CODE: BEIIIDJA. This fee is non-refundable.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN TENDER

Tender Participants can access data, which will be used for their technical evaluation for the exploration work program, as follows:

a) Data Package. It consists of geological data and reports which are directly linked to the Block. The   Data Package is mandatory and may be obtained from:

b) Auxiliary Data. It consists of geological & geophysical data related but not covered on the Data Package. The auxiliary data is to areas outside the Block. The auxiliary data is optional (not mandatory), it shall be accessed from legal sources (either Patra Nusa Data of speculative survey companies).
